Features:
In a state of isolated air and oxygen deficiency, after reacting with metal ions, it solidifies into a corrosion-resistant, non-toxic, and insoluble hot fastener plastic through liquid or paste crosslinking in the gap between the pipe teeth of the pipe fittings. The aging resistance of this filling layer is much longer than that of steel.

Using guide:
1. Use a cotton cloth to remove oil stains from the pipe threads and dry them.
2. Apply a sufficient amount of adhesive solution to the threaded part of the pipe, and apply a closed adhesive strip on the sealing surface when sealing the flange. For pipe threads above DN65, it is recommended to apply double-sided adhesive. (After gluing, install as soon as possible within 5 minutes. Multiple joints should be installed simultaneously to avoid affecting the sealing effect. Do not use or twist until fully cured.)
3. Tighten and adjust the angle during installation, and prevent excessive force from causing the previously installed pipe joint to rotate. It is not advisable to adjust the angle after curing.
4. Used for steel, copper, and iron pipes, with an ambient temperature above 25 ℃. After installation for 4 hours, perform pressure testing at a temperature of 15-25 ℃ for 8 hours; Pressure testing is required for 0-15 ℃, 16 hours, and below 0 ℃ for 48 hours or longer. For stainless steel, aluminum, and alloy steel, the pressure testing time should be longer.

Storage:
1. The product is nonflammable. Keep dry and out of light, low temperature (20-25°C) during storage. The shelf life is 24 months.
2. If the glue does not solidifying beyond the shelf life, it could be used still. But the solidifying speed and adhesive intensity would be affected at some degree.
